How to Become a Medical Marijuana Patient in Massachusetts
Step 1: Must be 18 years of age or older
Step 2: Must be a resident of Massachusetts (with proof of residency)
Step 3: Must have a Massachusetts licensed doctor diagnose you with a qualifying medical condition.
Step 4: If the doctor diagnoses you with a qualifying medical condition, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) will get you a Massachusetts medical marijuana card.
