These Companies Don’t Want Cannabis Legalized

Lobbyist for giant corporations are one major reason why the cannabis plant is still illegal in the US. Cannabis can be used to make thousands of specialized products. And those cannabis-made products would become direct competition for the huge corporations that want to keep their profits soaring, so they fight to keep the cannabis plant illegal.
